Sally Swim Ahrberg was born and raised in Stillwater, Oklahoma. She studied Health Physical Education and Recreation along with English and graduated with her B.S. in 1952.
Sally would go on to marry fellow OAMC alum, Bob Ahrberg. After college, Sally taught physical education classes at OAMC while Bob entered the grain elevator business. Together, they have two children.
